Abstract

In order to improve the versatility of Servo Systems in SOTM, a Servo Systems in SOTM with system identification function was designed. Focusing on the conditions that the input signal needs to meet when the servo system is identified, Through theoretical derivation, the necessary conditions that must be satisfied when the input signal is a step signal based on the least squares method are obtained. The servo system is identified by taking the step signal that meets the defined condition as input, and a mathematical model that can better reflect the characteristics of the Servo Systems in SOTM is obtained. The feasibility of using the step signal satisfying this condition as an input to identify the servo system in SOTM is verified.
