Testing of Projectile Acceleration Based on Three-axis Magnetic Sensor

Abstract

Since projectile launching in bore bears harsh environment of high temperature high pressure and high overload, also problemat-ic for the measured acceleration information acquisition and signal failure. Dynamic storage testing technology and three-axis magnetic sen-sor were proposed for acceleration signal acquisition in the bore of projectile and at muzzle. Through data processing, an appropriate filter cutoff frequency was chosen, in the range of allowable error, data curve was smoother after filtering, complying with rigid body acceleration of projectile. According to acceleration signal cutoff frequency analysis, the result is significant to projectile acceleration signal processing.
